Katie has been an attorney with the firm since her admission to the West Virginia State Bar in 2010. Katie possesses substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation defense in State and federal court. She focuses her practice in defending individuals, State and local governmental entities, and corporations in matters primarily relating to civil rights, contracts, deliberate intent, education, labor and employment, and professional liability. Katie lives in Charleston, West Virginia, with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the Mountain State and taking advantage of its vast outdoor activities especially hiking, camping, and kayaking.
